Cynmar® has been in business serving you, our customer, for over 30 years. Established in June of 1973, we offered an on-site microscope and balance repair service for our educational customers. In those early years, we would remove the equipment from the science room, repair it, and return it within 3-4 hours for small jobs (15-20 units) and 24-72 hours for larger jobs (50 or more units). Our on-site service was well received by our customers who were accustomed to waiting up to six months from other service companies to return their equipment. After seven years of repairing equipment, we began our venture into the market of selling scientific equipment. Some of you may remember us by our original unincorporated name of E & L Microscope and Balance Company.

As Cynmar® has grown over the years, we continue to serve you by offering competitive pricing through our yearly catalog and periodic tabloids. Our staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. Through product research, we have compiled a catalog of products that have proven to exhibit consistent quality over time, as well as good value. We have listened to your requests for certain products and have included those as well.
